David Menendez, joint managing director, said: “We know from the growth of our private clients and from our professional customers that there is a growing appetite from consumers for new, innovative, and inspirational ingredients.

“As the home of exceptional Spanish ingredients, we pride ourselves on the ability to source great food and produce of exceptional quality.

“Spain still preserves much of the traditional uses of land and food production, so it is a win-win for consumers and the artisan producers that we partner with.

“We help these producers to preserve rural communities by finding new markets and buying directly from source which enables us to offer great value to the consumer but also fairly trade with our producers in a sustainable way.
