Flourish Foodhall & Kitchen, Cotswold Fayre‘s new retail and restaurant venture, opened its doors yesterday.
Flourish, located in Salford at Glenavon Farm has a 2,000-square-foot foodhall. In addition, there is an open kitchen with 110 seats, and an outdoor patio with a further 40 seats.
Cotswold Fayre chief executive Paul Hargreaves commented on the latest addition: “I am so delighted to see the culmination of two years hard work and planning come to life with the opening of the doors at Flourish.

“We believe that the expansion into retail will enable us to become a better wholesaler to this sector, as we learn more about the intricacies of running the business and gain valuable consumer insight about product preferences and shopping habits.”
