Birmingham-based Y International wholesaler has joined Unitas Wholesale, with the company with a turnover of £35 million joining with immediate effect.
Y International is an independent buying arm of the Lulu Group which owns and operates more than 200 retail stores across the Middle East and India. It works within grocery, impulse, chilled and frozen and non-food products including health and beauty, and pet foods, to their store network.
