Oldham-based Today’s Group member Wilds Premier Drinks Distributor is celebrating its 21st anniversary with a new logo and a line-up of unique deals for pubs, bar, restaurants and retailers.

Taking place across September and October, the business will be leveraging £5.7bn worth of buying power via the Today’s Group to offer 21 highly-competitive on- and off-trade deals on branded spirits, beers, ales, wines and more, which will be featured within its Headlines promotional brochure.

The activity will continue in-depot where customers will be offered a range of prizes including hundreds of free scratch cards giving participants the chance to win cash prizes, mystery gifts up to the value of £200 and a trolley full of products, plus the chance to win a new van.

Managing director of Wilds, Steven Wild, one of two brothers that jointly own the business, said: “This is our way of saying thank you to our customers who have helped us to enjoy year-on-year growth since opening 21 years ago. They have been loyal to us throughout.”

It’s a fantastic achievement for the business, which has endured significant change in the pub sector over the past two decades. “Running a pub is harder than it’s ever been – the back street boozer is long gone. Today, a successful pub means having a great food offer with a quality drinks menu to match.”

In response, the business appointed a wine category manager two years ago, which has helped to grow wine sales by 17%. “We help our customers to put together exclusive wine menus – we even design them ourselves to our customers’ bespoke requirements.”

Customers that would like to receive the 21st anniversary deals can visit the website for more information on how to be added to the Headlines mailing list.
