Tiger Foodservice has appointed four people to its senior management team, with former commercial director Steve Davison taking over as managing director.
One of Davison’s key responsibilities will be to work closely with all members of the team to ensure the delivery of a highly focused ‘customer first’ approach. This has included Tiger recently merging its three regional depots into a singular national hub to improve customer experience. With the Derby, Peterborough, and West Bromwich facilities now located at the new hub in Nottingham.
Davison will be joined by Gavin Jones, head of sales; head of trading Bob Hughes, and Greg Saunders, head of operations. The latter will be focusing on the picking, packing and the delivery of customer orders.
“We’re delighted to usher in 2022 with such a strong team, which is committed to positively developing the business to improve every area of our service to customers,” said Davison.
