Snappy Shopper partners up with wholesaler and delivers immediate sales results

Home delivery app Snappy Shopper has formed a partnership with Bako Wholesalers to support its customers by offering home delivery.

Already underway, Bakers are already achiveing the higher basket spends on Snappy Shopper, with consumer purchasing six items on average, meaning a typical basket on Snappy Shopper is £20 compared to £6 in store.

Bako supplies bakery products and ingredients across the UK and this partnership with allow bakery partners to grow their sales by winning new consumers beyond their traditional catchment area.

Pie Bob’s, a family run business that provides pies and cakes to the local community, experienced immediate success with the partnership. It delivered over £10,000 in its first four weeks. The bakery business was proactive in offering a free pie with every order over £10 in its first week, leading to an impressive boost in sales.
