Elenie Abbott has been appointed consortium trading manager at NBC and will now play a key role in supplier relationships at the buying group.
According to NBC, she brings experience in purchasing and procurement from a very career in a wide variety of categories.

Managing director David Lunt said: “Elenie is a strong addition to the management team and will focus upon our supplier partners and how we can maximise the benefits of coordinating the activities of major brands with our member shareholders”.
Abbott adds: “I am so pleased to be provided with the opportunity to join an amazing group of people that have achieved so much in so little time – it is a very exciting time for me to be a part of the management team that will drive the group onwards and upwards and I look forward to meeting both our members and our supplier partners at the next networking event in June”.
