Kitwave appoints frozen and chilled chief

The Kitwave Group has appointed Lucie Milburn as its new divisional operations director of its Frozen & Chilled division.

Kitwave’s Frozen & Chilled division encompasses two divisions, Eden Farm Limited and Central Supplies (Brierley Hill) Limited.  Together they cover nine strategic UK depot locations and employ over 550 staff whilst utilising 190 delivery vehicles.

Milburn will report directly to Ben Maxted, Kitwave’s chief operating officer and work closely with senior management to drive divisional profitability and efficiency.

The company has also appointed Teresa Octavio to the Board as non-executive director. She has held a number of executive roles at global businesses, including at Kantar Consulting and consumer-facing multinationals Diageo plc and Procter & Gamble
