Hyperama and Hancocks join forces to improve distribution and sales

Hyperama will now stock an extensive range of Hancocks own-label confectionery after entering a partnership to give the confectionery specialist distribution in areas where it doesn’t currently operate.  

Hancocks CEO, Mark Watson said: “This will enable us to extend our own-label confectionery business through the Hyperama estate without having to invest in new depots.”

Hyperama, which is a member of Landmark, has three cash & carries in Nottingham, West Bromwich (pictured) and Peterborough, with a combined turnover of more than £100M.

Managing director Marcus Singh told Better Wholesaling: “The partnership will help Hancocks to grow sales, while giving us a unique point of difference with our retail customers.” Singh is looking at how similar partnerships might work with other suppliers.

The Hancocks range will launch in all three Hyperama depots on 25th November, 2014.
