HT Drinks to pursue acquisitions in latest growth strategy

Specialist drinks wholesaler HT Drinks is to pursue further acquisitions as part of its expansion strategy.

The firm revealed the plan in its latest annual results for the year ending 31 March 2023. The report said: “The directors expect the alcohol drinks market to continue to be competitive and challenging.

The directors have put in place procedures to address these challenges, including the extending of the sales area of its main depot in Park Royal, to allow for an additional range of products. The directors will also pursue expansion by acquisition.”

Turnover for HT Drinks during the year rose annually to £167.7m from £162.1m, while profit rose by 23.6% to £2.3m.
