Buying group Sugro has boosted its ranks with four new members, with the new companies combining for £24m in buying power.
Connective Pharma Ltd, FMCG Trading Ltd, Sun Exotic Wholesale Ltd and Metropharm Ltd will join the group which specialises in the confectionery, soft drinks and crisps & snacks categories.
Croydon based Sun Exotic Wholesale Ltd said: “We are proud and excited to join Sugro. Their buying power and expertise in the market will enable us to be in a better position by offering our customers not only the best possible pricing, but also access to a wider range of products from market leaders. Therefore, we are expecting to triple our turnover with them.”
