Further upgrades are already planned for the new platform to ensure it offers a point of difference against other data services as well as additional return on investment for suppliers. From the new year, the Sugro Insight Service will include a breakdown of sales online versus offline so that suppliers can view digital performance and ROI as well as a split by customer type so that suppliers can understand their product sales via each of the member’s routes to market and build customer centric plans.
Yulia Petitt, head of commercial & marketing at Sugro UK, said: “We are delighted to launch this new service and we look forward to demonstrating the value of the dataset with all our members and suppliers. We’re particularly excited about the enhanced supplier packages, which will enable users to get even more value from the data and will support the group with its growth plans.”
Tanya Pepin, managing director at TWC added: “It’s great to launch the Sugro Insight Service with such key members of the Sugro family. We’re continuing to keep discussions open with other interested members and we look forward to welcoming them onboard in the coming months”
