Caterway, a delivered foodservice wholesaler and cash & carry, will join Landmark Wholesale on 1st January 2014.
The wholesaler, which has depots in Nottingham and Leeds, as well as in Alicante and Malaga in Spain, previously traded in the fish and chip market but now, under new management, is looking to expand into other markets.
Caterway principal, Robert Atkinson said: “We are very keen to expand our product range and were particularly attracted by the Landmark own-brand offering.”
Landmark’s managing director, Martin Williams added: “Caterway is a long established and very forward thinking business and they will be a great addition to the group. Sutaka, Abra Wholesale and RD Johns also join us on the 1st of January 2014.”
