Williams joins Redford at Zest Food Partners

Former Caterforce marketing manager Claire Williams has joined foodservice partnership company Zest Food Partners as its new marketing director.

Nick Redford, previously Caterforce managing director, was part of a group of sales, marketing and procurement experts that formed the firm in August. He joined forces with founding partner of Arete Procurement Solutions and previously Sodexo’s global category director Warren Hamer and Kelly Burke, who joined from The Silver Spoon Company, and will be heading up the sales function.

“I am extremely happy to be part of the amazing team at Zest and am excited to play a leading role in helping food and drink brands expand and grow,” said Williams. “It is a challenging time in the market, and we are here to support suppliers and help rebuild foodservice.
