Confex group sales up by 30%


Confex has reported that its group sales are up 30% on the half year, with combined member turnover now sitting at £2.46bn.

The buying group has welcomed seven new wholesaler members this year, with Holland Bazaar, Exotic Blends, Plant Love Organic, Apollo Distribution, Direct Source Distribution, One World GB Ltd and Just A Bargain bringing group membership to 219.

Confex also announced that it has a direct to consumer website in the pipeline, as well as Sales Out Data Insight software with TWC going live in October. It is also committing its pledge to become carbon neutral certified as it approaches its 50th year anniversary in 2022.
