JJ Foodservice is now fulfilling TikTok Shop orders through its delivery network, in what the company claims makes it the first wholesaler in the UK to do so.
The business launched a TikTok Shop pilot in July and the storefront is connected to JJ’s back-end systems through APIs, which helps the business capture orders and fulfil them in-house within TikTok’s delivery window.

Head of communications at JJ Foodservice, Elit Rowland, said: “We wanted to bring our restaurant-quality products to more businesses and homes through TikTok Shop, one of the world’s fastest-growing ecommerce channels.”
Rowland added: “TikTok started as a way to showcase our ingredients to new audiences, and it has quickly become a valuable route to new business, reaching everyone from home cooks to restaurateurs. We are proud to be the first UK wholesaler to fulfil TikTok Shop orders through our own multi-temperature delivery network.”
The shop currently offers more than 30 products with no minimum spend, helping more people discover JJ’s growing range for both home and professional kitchens.
