Caterforce is investing further into the £85m own brand with the addition of 50 new products over the coming months.
The own brand portfolio ranges consist of more than 400 products across all categories including the Chefs’ Selections original range, as well as the new Premium Collection which has been curated to provide the higher quality products with visual appeal for foodservice outlets.

“In addition to the 50 new lines we are launching this year, our in-house technical team is also looking at how we can continually improve and enhance existing products by refining ingredients to ensure they meet school compliance and HFSS regulations,” said Joanna Halucha, head of own brand buying and technical, Caterforce.
This year, Caterforce has introduced a centralised pricing and promotions platform for its nine wholesalers that aims to streamline pricing and promotions management across the membership.
The buying group also recently appointed Pioneer Foodservice managing director Graham Jenkins as its new chairman.
