Naser Khan has been appointed managing director of Bestway Wholesale, with Dawood Pervez moving to the role of chairman as part of several moves to its leadership structure.
Dan Lewis has also been named sales director and will take on the responsibility of leading Bestway’s national sales operation and strengthening customer engagement across independent retail and wholesale.
Zahir Fazaldin has been appointed property & logistics director and will be in charge of the wholesaler’s estate portfolio, property development, logistics strategy, sustainability and environmental efficiency. Meanwhile, Adina Bejenaru has been named IT Director, continuing to lead Bestway’s technology strategy, digital infrastructure, cyber security, systems integration and business continuity.
Together, these appointments form part of the existing executive leadership team, including Kenton Burchell (trading director), Charles Abraham (foodservice director) Jamie Davison (retail director) and Ashar Rehman (operations director), creating a leadership structure under Pervez and Khan.
