GLP-1-driven behaviour shifts are changing how people dine out which is rapidly changing the way consumers choose to enjoy food, so the products also meet the need for smaller, portion-controlled dishes.

Karen Poole, head of own brand at Booker, said: “The overhaul of our Food To Share range gives operators the firm favourites that they know and love and brings five new products to the table that are sure to be a hit with pubs, bars, restaurants and foodservice outlets.

“With consumers increasingly looking for food and dishes, they might not prepare themselves in the home, the new products aim to meet these expectations, bringing global flavours such as kimchi, truffle, nduja and frickles to meet growing demand.
