Sandea Wholesale is to acquire Swastik International as part of the former’s long-term vision to increase market presence and deliver added value through innovation, operational efficiency, and expanded geographic reach.
The unified business set to operate under the Sugro member Sandea’s brand with what the company calls an enhanced product portfolio and enhanced logistical capabilities.
