JJ Foodservice has released a brochure to guide business and property owners on what the wholesaler is looking for when acquiring new warehouse sites.
The wholesaler purchased London-based Gatelands Supplies last year and is now actively seeking properties in London, Croydon, and major UK cities such as Sheffield, Liverpool, Nottingham, Cardiff, and beyond. It also recently introduced self-service kiosks across its depot network.

The brochure outlines the company’s ideal site requirements — including minimum size, use class, and target regions — giving prospective sellers and agents the tools they need to assess whether their property is the right fit.
This follows JJ revealing earlier in the year that it plans to expand its national footprint by acquiring freehold warehouse locations across the UK.
Kaan Hendekli, chief operating officer at JJ Foodservice, said, “We’re keen to work with people who understand our business and want to be part of our growth story. This brochure helps to make that process easier and more transparent for everyone involved.”
