JJ Foodservice introduces profit share scheme

JJ record sales

JJ Foodservice is introducing a discretionary profit-sharing scheme for its employees, in which they receive 5% of the net profit (before tax) of the company.

Beginning in the next financial year starting from April 2022, this builds on the recent move from the wholesaler, where it also increased annual salaries of HGV drivers at its London branches by £5k to £40k.
