Mark Earl has been appointed chief financial officer at the Kitwave Group, moving from the position of group financial controller.
Joining in 2015, earl is said to have been instrumental in some of the group’s most significant strategic milestones, including our IPO, acquisitions and capital structuring.

Over the last decade, the Group has achieved incredible growth, and under our new ownership model, we’re in a great position to drive our strategy further. The wholesale and foodservice sector is fast-moving and service-driven, and I look forward to partnering with colleagues across the Group to deliver sustained, long-term success.”

Earlier this year, shareholders of the Kitwave Group approved a deal of 295p per share for the acquisition by US private equity firm OEP Capital Advisers.
The deal, which equates to £250m, will see the group and its 37 depots become private again after becoming a public company 2021. Its chief executive Ben Maxted said: ‘We are excited by the prospect of working with OEP on the next chapter of our growth.’
