DCS appoints chief operating officer

The DCS Group has appointed Carl Palmer as its chief operating officer, and he will now oversee all group operations in the distributor’s head office in Banbury as well as its manufacturing base in Worcestershire.

Palmer started his career at Unilever, before working at the likes of Associated British Foods and PepsiCo. He then moved to his previous role as UK supply chain director at PZ Cussons.
