Confex saw a return to face to face events recently, in the form of the buying group’s first ever Christmas Trade Fair.
More 300 participants attended the event at Stratford Racecourse and the show was followed by an awards dinner where Confex recognised suppliers for their dedication over the last year. The dinner also recognised Woods Foodservice with a Green Wholesaler of the Year award, celebrating their environmental initiatives within wholesale.

Priya Rawal, from Seven Stars Cash and Carry and one of Confex’s newest members, described the event as “A memorable experience worth every praise. We thank everyone for making sure we were comfortable in every way. We had a great time meeting and connecting with other members and suppliers at the event and look forward to working more closely with Confex going forward”
