Confex awards and trade show return after three years

Woods Foodservice and Kentish Match were the big winners of the Green Wholesaler Awards as Confex’s trade show and awards returned for the first time in three years.

Suppliers and members attended the events in Cirencester with Confex also announcing a number of supplier awards, with Suntory’s Joe Kinsey picking up the Retail Supplier of the Year gong, he said: “It was great to attend the recent Confex Trade Show where we had the huge opportunity to meet the members and showcase our new products whilst driving business forward. The show confirmed what an important wholesale buying group Confex is and we were especially pleased to be able to showcase our Lucozade Alert Batak Reaction game which helped with member engagement. I very much look forward to the next Trade Show and other events hosted by Confex.”
