Brakes launches festive campaign to help under-pressure kitchens

Brakes has launched a campaign for Christmas that will help under-pressure kitchens during the festive season and launched 150 new products to support this.

The ‘Festive Favourites’ campaign puts an innovative twist on traditional Christmas foods and will help caterers to generate maximum return from Christmas the launch of guides around festive classics like turkey and salmon, including step-by-step support to help caterers understand and maximise these commonly used ingredients.

Leon French, Brakes customer marketing director, said: “For many professional kitchens this year is going to be a challenge to meet the demands of Christmas, which is why we’ve taken a much more wide-reaching approach to our Christmas campaign. Our mission is to support our customers and this year that is as much about delivering solutions as it is about delivering new products.
