This booking form constitutes a legally binding agreement. Your booking is confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation from Newtrade confirming your payment has been processed. Newtrade cannot be held responsible for the non-arrival of booking information. We will email you to confirm receipt of your booking form and then send an official confirmation within 14 days. If you have not heard from us within 14 days of submitting your booking form, please contact Tanya or Samantha in the Newtrade events team on 020 7689 0600 (option 3) or email events@newtrade.co.uk.
Pricing: Wholesaler prices are exclusive for owners and senior management/decision makers at wholesale businesses. If you apply to attend as a wholesaler and are later deemed not to be a wholesaler, we will contact you in order to obtain the difference between the prices. If you are unable to pay the difference you will receive a refund according to our cancellation terms and conditions.
Payment of fees: Payment must be received before the event. In the event that your online payment is not successful, we will contact you to obtain payment via an alternative method. Until payment is received in full your attendance at the event is not confirmed. Newtrade reserves the right to reallocate delegate places if payment cannot be obtained within 14 days of booking. All fees are plus VAT at 20%.
Cancellation by attendees: All cancellations must be made in writing and will incur a £50 (per delegate) administration charge. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made 14 days before the event will not receive a refund, however substitutions can be made up until close of business on Monday 10 July 2017.
Cancellation or alteration of event: Newtrade reserves the right at any time to cancel/alter the programme to an equivalent standing. In the event that Newtrade cancels or postpones the event, liability will be restricted to the delegate fee(s) paid and Newtrade will not be responsible for any transport, accommodation or other costs incurred by delegates.
Data Protection: In order to process your booking your details will be added to the Newtrade database, these details will also be used to keep you up to date with relevant details of our services. If you do not wish your details to be used for this purpose please email events@newtrade.co.uk to inform us.
