B2b.store reveals AI upgrade to ProConnect software

B2b.store’s ProConnect Platform has been upgraded with a range of AI features that are said to provide wholesalers and suppliers with a single platform to manage the entire commercial journey.

Designed specifically for the wholesale sector, the software brings together transactions, marketing, customer service and insight in one secure dashboard, helping businesses respond faster and understand what is driving results.

Among a host of new AI-powered features, ProConnect can now engage customers at scale after building on its WhatsApp Business API foundations with upgraded tools that allow teams to invite contacts faster.

Furthermore, at the heart of the updated platform is a private AI assistant built specifically for wholesale. This allows teams to

share documents and ideas, generate marketing assets, and get answers to business questions.
