b2b.store has launched a WhatsApp Business API insight report to give the channel a tangible read on what successful B2B WhatsApp campaigns look like.
Combined all of the messaging data from customers using its ProConnect WhatsApp service, b2b.store has created a report that provides an overall view of WhatsApp Business API usage – without revealing any specific tactics.
The report captures a series of actionable, including reads on message frequency, best time of day to schedule sends, and how to run a successful campaign for new audience members.

The launch of the report comes on the back of b2b.store’s How WhatsApp is Driving B2B Growth webinar when attendees from across B2B were treated to a session explaining the key findings from the report and were given the chance to ask questions.
