Turner Price customer service team leader Sophie Broadhead has been named as one of the Hull & Humber Top 30 Under 30 for 2026.
Now in its ninth year, the programme recognises and supports the region’s most promising young professionals, offering a year-long development experience designed to build future leaders across the Humber region.
Broadhead joined Turner Price in 2017 as a telesales agent and has since developed the Customer Service Team, growing it from a one-person function into a team of 5.

She has also played a key role in guiding the team through periods of change, including the introduction of new systems and ways of communicating with customers, ensuring the team continues to deliver a consistent and reliable service.
Paula Jowitt, call centre manager at Turner Price, said: “Sophie joined the business in 2017 and has grown into a key member of the business. From the outset, she showed a real strength in customer service and problem-solving, and she has continued to build on that ever since.
Over the past few years, she has taken on leadership of the Business Support Team, playing a key role in developing others and supporting them through more complex situations.
