Medina Foodservice is set to host its long-running food show next month at the Isle of Wight, with caterers from across the island able to talk to of brands and sample products that will feature on foodservice menus.
More than 100 local and national food businesses are expected to attend the annual event which takes place on 5 March at Tapnell Farm. They will also be joined by Medina chefs who will be preparing a variety of dishes for customers to sample.
