Medina Foodservice is set to host its long-running food show next month at the Isle of Wight, with caterers from across the island able to talk to of brands and sample products that will feature on foodservice menus.
More than 100 local and national food businesses are expected to attend the annual event which takes place on 5 March at Tapnell Farm. They will also be joined by Medina chefs who will be preparing a variety of dishes for customers to sample.

Neil Williams, Medina Foodservice managing director, said: “There is a passionate and knowledgeable food community on the Isle of Wight, and it is great to be able to highlight how global foods might impact local businesses. Medina is the only foodservice wholesaler based on the Isle of Wight and is backed by the world’s largest foodservice supplier, Sysco.
