CJ Lang has appointed Eoin McGettigan as non-executive chair, succeeding Jim Hepburn, who stood down from his role when his tenure came to an end in December.

McGettigan brings more than 35 years’ senior executive leadership experience across retail, wholesale and consumer-facing businesses, including chief executive roles at Musgrave, Budgens-Londis, Co-op Retail and Lifestyle Sports.

Alongside his executive career, Eoin founded DriveChain in 2008, a consulting and interim management practice supporting leading businesses through strategic and operational change.
