FWD Gold Medal Awards 2017: Highlights

FWD Gold Awards

In celebration of all talent across the channel, The Federation of Wholesale Distributors (FWD) hosted its annual Gold Medal Awards last night at the historical Old Billingsgate, London.

Joined by 750 wholesalers, suppliers and retailers alike, the night was kicked off by FWD chairman Andrew Selley who paid tribute to both finalists and winners, while also wishing friends and colleagues at Palmer & Harvey the best for the future.

Selley added: “Our Gold Medal finalists have been put forward by their employers because they’re the best in their field. In delivery vehicles, in telesales, on the cash and carry shop floor or in the board room, these are the best we have. And we need more like them. Wholesalers and suppliers in this channel must invest in talent as our finalists have invested in us. We need to recruit, train and retain prospective leaders in all the disciplines of our trade.”

Congratulations to all the winners and finalists!
