Former One Stop boss appointed Booker COO

Booker has appointed former One Stop managing director Jonny McQuarrie as chief operating officer, replacing Andrew Muldoon who retired at the beginning of September.

Muldoon acted as chief operations officer at Booker from 2019. In October, One Stop released a statement which referenced Sarah Lawler as its managing director following McQuarrie’s departure.

Commenting on his new role, McQuarrie said: “It has been an amazing few months getting to know the Booker team and our customers, who have been really generous with their time and getting me up to speed with the business.

“I’d really like to say thank you to everyone who has made me feel so welcome and I’d also like to extend this thanks to the One Stop team who I know will continue to do great things.  There’s a lot to learn but I’m really looking forward to the challenge.”

One Stop has been approached for comment.
