Booker is “strengthening” the support it provides retailers through changes in its senior leadership team that will see the teams responsible for the Budgens, Premier, Londis and Family Shopper fascias combined into a single dedicated retail sales team.
This team will be led by sales director Martyn Parkinson. Booker said: “The change will strengthen the existing team’s ability to support independent retailers with the right symbol group offer.”

Meanwhile, Stewart Fenn will be responsible for “setting, shaping and evolving the end‑to‑end customer proposition across all Booker’s symbol groups.” He will also oversee Booker’s forecourt offer.
Colm Johnson, managing director for Booker Retail, said: “Both Martyn and Stewart have a wealth of experience across Booker and the convenience landscape. These changes will allow us to best support independent retailers across local communities, ensuring they are well set up for success now and in the future.”
