Attendees had the opportunity to sample festive products from Birchall’s 2021 Christmas offering while enjoying outdoor food vans and pop-up marquees. The five hour event also included seminars on Natasha’s Law, by allergen and nutritional expert, Jacqui McPeake.
Catering manager at Thornton Hall Country Park, Kayleigh Holian, said “Birchall’s tradeshows are always inspiring and educational, but this year’s event was the best yet.
“The Natasha’s Law seminars cleared up a few concerns I had, and I returned to my venue feeling more informed about the new legislation.”
Birchall is currently developing its event calendar for 2021 which features a dysphagia workshop, a ‘free from’ exhibition and bespoke workshops
