Bidcorp UK has completed the acquisition of ice cream manufacturer Northern Bloc Ice Cream Ltd, and will now join its network of manufacturing businesses, which includes Simply Food Solutions and Yarde Farm.
Leeds-based Northern Bloc, which supplies retail and foodservice customers including Booths, the National Trust and Wagamama; will continue to trade under its name and Dirk Mischendahl will remain in his role of managing director.
