Wholesale digital services provider b2b.store will now be known as ProConnect in a rebrand the company says better reflects the sector’s online landscape.
The name change follows the growth of ProConnect from an e-commerce provider into a platform that brings together online ordering, WhatsApp marketing, AI agents and payments.
ProConnect works with some of the largest wholesaler and suppliers in the sector, including Mars Wrigley, Bestway and Booker, on an array of projects that drive tangible results within the wholesale channel and the new name forms part of a refreshed brand, complete with a new ProConnect logo and overall look.

“Becoming ProConnect is an exciting step forward for the business because it represents the growth in how we’re delivering results for wholesalers and suppliers,” said ProConnect chief executive Rob Mannion.
“b2b.store made sense when online ordering was the centre of what we did, but since then we’ve grown far beyond that to offer a suite of tools for wholesalers and suppliers to help them connect with customers, take orders and use AI to support their sales and service.
“There are a lot of exciting projects and developments in the pipeline for the coming months that will increase ProConnect’s influence in the sector even further, so the time felt right to reveal the new brand”
