JJ Foodservice has achieved the ‘Great Place To Work’ certification for the second year running, with nearly 75% of employees surveyed saying the wholesler is a great place to work.

The award is based entirely on what current employees say about their experience working for the Group.

“We are thrilled to be Great Place To Work-Certified again as we consider employee experience a top priority every day,” said Joanna Florczak, head of HR at JJ Foodservice.

“This certification isn’t just a badge – it’s a reflection of the voice of our people. It gives us clear insight into what they value most and where we can improve. Thanks to their input, we have rich data and comments that will help us make the employee experience even better.”

Great Place To Work is an authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and the leadership behaviours proven to deliver market-leading revenue, employee retention, and increased innovation.

“This achievement is thanks to our incredible team. Their feedback helps us grow and create an even better workplace for everyone. Together, we’re building something amazing,” Florczak added.
