Bestway Wholesale, in partnership with RNF Digital Innovation, won Highly Commended in the ‘Best Use of Digital Marketing’ category earlier this week at the Chartered Institute of Marketing’s Marketing Excellence Awards 2017.

Now in its eighth year, the annual awards show recognises and celebrates outstanding marketing achievements by organisations, individuals and teams. Its purpose serves to reward innovation delivered by marketers who are at the cutting edge of their career.

“We’re really proud of our ongoing partnership with Bestway, and happy that BEAM is getting the recognition it deserves for delivering a strong return on investment for brands,” said Rob Mannion, managing director at RNF Digital Innovation.

He added: “The BEAM platform works alongside Bestway’s bespoke ordering app, enabling us to manage user notifications to optimise their experience. By harnessing data drawn from location technology, and combining this with behavioural insights about individual customers, the platform allows us to deliver digital content specific to each customer at a time and location that’s appropriate to them.”

Judges included individuals from organisations such as IBM, Oracle and Interbrand, all of whom awarded acclamation because of how RNF’s BEAM customer engagement platform delivered a strong return on investment for Bestway.

“It has dramatically improved the effectiveness of our engagement with our app uses, delivering impressive commercial results,” said Salih Sheikh, head of marketing at Bestway.
