Key features include the ability to quickly reorder previous purchases, access customised product selections tailored to individual businesses, and view invoices, credits and statements all in one place. The platform has been developed to replace more manual ordering methods such as voicemail and WhatsApp, offering a more efficient and user‑friendly experience.

Sinead Murphy, business unit director at Direct Seafoods London said: “The launch of the Direct Seafoods London app reflects our ongoing commitment to making our customers’ lives easier.

“By giving chefs instant access to premium, freshly caught UK fish through a simple, intuitive platform, we’re combining the quality we’re known for with the convenience modern kitchens expect. It’s an exciting milestone for our business and for our customers in London, bringing the seafood ordering experience firmly into the digital age.”
